Create a Boards & Beyond account

First and Second year students:

Go to Touro's Boards&Beyond landing page.
Click on
Enter your Touro email address then click
You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email. A registration page will open.
Enter your information; write down your username.
Copy and paste this Access Code: qSc0BcI3BLI106.
Click Sign Up.

You now have 180 days of access to all of Boards & Beyond! Use the dropdowns to switch between Step 1, Step 2/3, the OMM Series, and Clinical Confidence.

After your account has been created, go to Touro's Boards&Beyond landing page, click on and enter your username and password.

Third and fourth year students:

Go to Touro's Boards&Beyond Landing Page.
Click Create Account. You must use your Touro email address.
Click Verify. You will receive a verification email.
Click the link in the email. A registration page will open.
Enter your information; write down your username.
Copy and paste this access code: qSc0BcI3BLI106.
Click sign up.

You now have access to all of Boards & Beyond! Use the relevant dropdowns to switch between Step1, Step 2/3, the OMM Series, and Clinical Confidence.

You may now sign in with your username and password from anywhere using any Boards&Beyond link.

Every 180 days, You must sign in while on a campus network or from Touro's Boards&Beyond
Landing Page to maintain access to Touro's subscription

Need to Know

McGraw Hill's integration of First Aid Forward and Boards & Beyond means you can navigate seamlessly between the two resources, enriching your learning experience by enabling you to to dive deep into the comprehensive content, quizzes, and videos of both sites.

To enable this integration, you must:

Use your Touro email address.

Create a First Aid Forward account

Create a Boards & Beyond account. NOTE: you must make a new B&B account even if you already have an existing account!

Integration will occur when you register for the second of the two accounts

Create Your First Aid Forward Account

To create your account:

Go to https://firstaid.mheducation.com/step-one
Enter your Touro email address.
Enter your info; select Temporary Access Link as your Account Creation Method
You will receive an email with a link to verify and sign into your account. Click the link.

You now have access to Step 1!

You must re-verify your First Aid Forward account every 180 days by
requesting a temporary access link from https://firstaid.mheducation.com/step-one.

Troubleshooting

I tried creating an account, but I see a yellow pop-up that says “This email is already registered.”

This means you already have a Boards & Beyond account with your institutional email address. To fix this:

Sign into your the existing Boards & Beyond account
Go to My Profile
Change your Touro email address to a personal email address
Follow the steps again to create an account--you will now be able to create a new account with your Touro email (which you need to do to be affiliated with your institution's prepaid subscription).

First Aid Forward and Boards & Beyond aren't talking to one another.

Did you create a new Boards & Beyond account using your Touro email? You need to do this even if you already have a Boards & Beyond account to enable the integration.
