Registering as an individual user in ScienceDirect allows you to save your reading history, get personal recommendations and set up alerts to receive emails that automatically update you on new articles, journals, book series and handbooks when they become available. Use your Touro email when creating an account.
1. Use one of the 
links provided on the Sirota Library's A-Z Databases list (make sure to sign into OpenAthens 
first).
2. Click on "Register" in the top right corner of the homepage. NOTE: If you already have a personal account with another Elsevier product, like Scopus or ClinicalKey, login using those credentials.
3. Enter your name and Touro email address. Your email address will be your username.
4. Enter a password (5 - 20 characters).
