AccessMedicine: Guides, Tutorials, etc.

In the Books tab in AccessMedicine, you will find some of the leading current, authoritative text resources organized into categories in the left-hand sidebar, including basic sciences, critical care, endocrinology, internal medicine, family medicine, and many other disciplines.  Everyone can access these ebooks at the same time.  The site is mobile friendly, so you can also read these books on your tablet or phone. To view some ebooks (such as the Case Files), you need to create a MyAccess account.  You can save chapters as pdf, send to OneNote, or print.

From the chapter view, click "Print."

This opens the menu to save the document as PDF or click on change.  Clicking on the change tab brings up a list of available printers.  Some of the tables and charts may be too small to read well. You may need to download these images separately.

A few helpful ebooks are under the Quick Reference Tab, including Quick Medical Diagnosis & Treatment, Pocket Guide to Diagnostic Tests,  Diagnosaurus®, & CURRENT Practice Guidelines in Primary Care.
