The Cochrane Library is a collection of seven databases, including the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR). The CDSR is the leading resource for systematic reviews in health care. The CDSR includes Cochrane Reviews (the systematic reviews) and protocols for Cochrane Reviews as well as editorials.
The PubMed Clinical Queries Page provides search results filtered into three categories: Clinical Study Categories, Systematic Reviews, and Medical Genetics. The Clinical Study Categories can also be filtered by study type: therapy, diagnosis, etiology, prognosis, and clinical prediction guides.
Embase is the most comprehensive source for biomedical literature (36 + million records) from peer reviewed journals and conference abstracts.
PubMed is a free resources comprised of over 30 million citations. These come from the biomedical literature, life science journals, and online books. PubMed citations and abstracts include the fields of biomedicine and health, covering portions of the life sciences, behavioral sciences, chemical sciences, and bioengineering.
This site is Google's search interface for scholarly information from a wide range of publishers across the academic disciplines.
